Monique le Roux Forslund has followed a sugar-free diet since 2007 and credits this for her good health and vitality. A Montessori teacher and health coach, she blogs and gives lectures and online courses on how to live sugarand carb-free. Monique grew up in Cape Town but has lived in Sweden since 1992. She is the author of two other Struik Lifestyle titles: Low Carb Living for Families (2013) and Healthy Food for a Healthy Baby (2016).
