Yet more brilliant recipes from this amazing cook, and this time they're absolutely simple!

Every recipe in the book is meant to be easy to understand, and even easier to make! I've made excellent dishes from items that were left in my fridge and I wasn't sure what to do with. A tub of yogurt and some tomatoes? No problem! Mediterranean cuisine has never been this easy - or simple - to make!
