Best hand held device to date, very handy in every aspect, play any where any time. The fact that you can play on the go and on your TV makes this one awesome thing to have. Don't take my word for it buy it and go and experience it for your self.

I had the privilege of attending one of the VIP sessions held by Nintendo last week to have a hands on opportunity to experience the Nintendo Switch before everyone else. I must admit that I didn't do my homework in doing research on this console before going and was so amazingly mesmerized by all the new features of this console. Its not just a console, but it also converts to a really neat hand held device which you can take with you whenever you want with enough battery power to play more than enough hours. I played a variety of games but my ultimate favourite with the full console was of course, The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild. With regard to using the hand held feature, I preferred playing Mario cart because it kind of gives you the feeling of having your hands on a steering wheel LOL. I admit to swaying my body left and right every time I drifted around the bends. What I also found quite unique were the various methods of playing this game. You have your regular plugged in console, you also have the option to go handheld. The remote has built in nun-chuck type remotes. Which equate to 2 tiny remotes that when you play a specific game where you have to guess the amount of tiny balls in a box on your screen, you move around the remote and put your ear to it and you can almost feels the tiny balls (that sounds horribly wrong, I'm sorry) in the remote. How great is that! Another great game I managed to play was a cow milking game LOL, in which you have to mimic milking a cow. Great laughs for kids and adults who are brave enough. Now the best part. I'm not a dancer and I really don't like being forced to dance, but will I do it when no one is watching, of course yes!!! The Nintendo switch's version of dance revolution is out of this world. I danced to Major Laser - Lean On and had such a good time. You have actual people you are following on screen making it so much easier to follow. I think I may have even improved my dancing enough to actually go out in public and bust some moves. Ok not really, but the option is now out there for me.
When it comes to the technical side of things, the console is great. Its design is amazing firstly as a portable tablet device with a built-in kickstand, and secondly docked in a base that also connects to your TV. I do feel is does lack in specs when compared to your Xbox and Playstation consoles, but it makes up for that in the sense that you are getting far more innovative ways of playing games than your usual, push all the buttons types. It has a Nvidia Tegra processor, broadly comparable to the Tegra X1 found in an Nvidia Shield TV. 32GB of storage space is onboard too (some of which is dedicated to the system software), along with 802.11ac Wi-Fi. It has great screen resolution and graphics.
All in all, I would say it is a must have, and cant wait to have my very own!
