Puppet master Andre Toulon (William Hickey) discovers an ancient Egyptian power which enables him to give life to his dolls. Not to be confused with "The Puppetmaster," the 1993 Taiwanese film directed by Hou Hsiao-Hsien, who also directed "A City of Sadness."
