Description
Lil Rel Howery and Kyrie Irving star in this US comedy directed by Charles Stone III. Having just spent his life savings on entering a team in the Rucker Classic basketball tournament in New York, Dax (Howery) is dealt a huge blow when he loses his players to bitter rival Mookie (Nick Kroll). Determined not to give up, Dax comes across legendary baller Uncle Drew (Irving) and manages to convince him to come out of retirement and join his team. Assembling his old squad - Big Fella (Shaquille O'Neal), Boots (Nate Robinson), Preacher (Chris Webber) and Lights (Reggie Miller) - Drew returns to the court as he aims to prove everyone wrong and take the title once more.

- Director Charles Stone III's anti-ageist basketball comedy revolves around a young black man (Lil Rel Howery) and his dream of winning the Rucker Classic street ball tournament in Harlem. After losing his team to his arch-rival, he turns to a crew of septuagenarians (played by real-life basketball greats $Kyrie Irving, Shaquille O'Neal, Chris Webber, Reggie Miller, Nate Robinson, and Lisa Leslie) in his last bid for victory.
