Dear Raru Customer,

Firstly, we would like to thank you for all of the support you have given us over the years.

These are unprecedented times that we find ourselves in. Because of this, we'd like to provide as much information as possible about our operating procedures during the upcoming South African National Lockdown.

As of now, unfortunately, today (Wednesday 25 March 2020) will be the last day we will be able to dispatch customer orders. This is due to the fact that our couriers have advised that any deliveries of non-essential items during the lockdown will be unlawful.

From Thursday, the 26th of March, 2020, and onwards, all of Raru’s suppliers will not be in operation. To account for this, we have extended the lead times on all items that we would normally source from suppliers. All orders can be placed as normal, and will be delivered as soon as the National Lockdown has been lifted. These new lead times are a general guideline for now and will be subject to change depending on the state of the National Lockdown.

Any open Return Cases will unfortunately be on hold until after the lockdown.

Some of Raru Customer Services and Retail staff will be working remotely and will be there to provide limited assistance to you via e-mail at info@raru.co.za

Our phone lines are as of now offline so please contact us via e-mail if necessary.

We ask that you please bear with us through this difficult time. We appreciate all of your support and will assist you as much as possible with regards to orders and products.

We hope you all stay safe and healthy, and please all be good to one another :)

The Raru Team
