Change of Address 15 May 2020

If your delivery address has changed under Lockdown please follow the easy steps below to update your order.

Add your Address you want the Parcel Delivered to :-

To add the new address, please follow the steps provided below:

  • Log into your raru account and once signed in click on your name at the top right of the screen.
  • From the drop down menu select Your Account.
  • In your account dashboard, click on the Address Book tab.
  • Don't delete your original address, add the new address as a second address and save.


Once you have added the new address email us at cs@raru.co.za to update the delivery address. Please use your Order Number as reference.

 

Note due to Lockdown Restrictions our Telephone Customer Service is currently closed. Please email us to be able to assist you.
