A once in a lifetime experience

Starting the game with very little to go on and almost frustrating controls, The Last Guardian will test even the most experienced of players. If you can take the time to eventually overcome the challenging controls, you will soon appreciate that this adds to the experience.
The game itself has your character run around with Trico, a dog-like creature, which will almost feel like having a real-life pet thanks to the careful thought put in by the creators of The Last Guardian. The game delivers well on the story which tells you just enough but begs you to continue to find out more which is certainly worth the experience. The game-play leaves much to the player to figure out which does not come easy but in the end is as rewarding like the games of yesteryear.
Overall, The Last Guardian will be a challenge for even the most experienced of players and will leave one with a mixed bag of emotions at the end that goes far deeper than most games would normally do so. It is a game definitely worth a try if you have the patience.
Super boring after you meet the creature

I strongly beg to differ!
It is brilliant how they made an artificial intelligence creature come to life...Unfortunately, the controls are sh*tty and the little protagonist boy keeps flailing around as if he is on acid. Very cumbersome controls. I lost interest within the first hour, once the awe of interacting with such a seemingly living creature had subsided.
