Loving It

First of all : This is NOT a snowboarding game. Yes you can do snowboard in it but the game is nothing about a snowboarding game like SSX. It's about exploring and evading yourself in mountains by doing pretty much whatever you want to where you want to. Personally, I played in the Alpha, Close Beta and Open Beta. It took me some time after the Alpha to realize that the core of the game wasn't about doing actual tricks but about taking risks while you're going down the slopes. It's about creating insane replay or challenge to share with other people. It's about not always have a specific goal and really enjoying the beauty of it. Once I get that the game become a pretty awesome and addictive one. For now, the social aspect is a bit clunky, but I'm not worried that this will eventually be fixed. I've played around 60-70h in the Alpha/Beta phases and, since the release, around 30-35h and not even started to explore yet. I still enjoy the game more than ever and still have a lot to discover in it. I will say that if you are not enjoying the game maybe you just need to change your perspective and try to forget about what you want the game to be. That will be a good start.
