3 GAMES, 1 STAR-STUDDED COLLECTION!

Discover three of Mario’s grandest 3D adventures with Super Mario 3D All-Stars on Nintendo Switch! This special bundle includes Super Mario 64, Super Mario Sunshine and Super Mario Galaxy, all optimised for Nintendo Switch with updated HD graphics, Joy-Con controls, as well as a music player featuring the epic soundtracks from all three games!

JOURNEY THROUGH THE AGES:

    • SUPER MARIO 64 - NINTENDO 64 1997
A POLYGONAL POWER-UP: With a timeless control scheme that’s featured in every one of his 3D outings since, Super Mario 64 marked Mario’s glorious debut into the world of 3D. Wall jump, backflip and even fly as you explore paintings around Princess Peach’s castle to collect Power Stars and stop Bowser!
    • SUPER MARIO SUNSHINE - NINTENDO GAMECUBE 2002
FUN IN THE SUN: Time to hit the beach! Mario travels to the beautiful Isle Delfino for a tropical vacation with his friends, but instead finds himself teaming up with trusty F.L.U.D.D. to uncover a shadowy plot and the master puppeteer behind it all. His newfound friend also allows Mario to traverse worlds in all sorts of unique ways thanks to its wonderful water pump!
    • SUPER MARIO GALAXY - Wii 2007
AN OUT-OF-THIS-WORLD ADVENTURE: Mario blasts off on an intergalactic quest to help Rosalina and save Princess Peach from Bowser’s assault of astronomical proportions. Defy gravity and hop across planets with optional motion controls, or pass a Joy-Con controller to a friend for some extra help in Co-Star Mode!

NEW AND IMPROVED!

    • All three games are optimised for Nintendo Switch with updated Joy-Con controls – including rumble! You can also use Joy-Con controllers to mimic the original Wii Remote motion controls* when playing Super Mario Galaxy.
    • With updated HD graphics and improved picture resolution, you can fully immerse yourself in Mario’s variety of adventures!
    • Three soundtracks bursting with over 170 nostalgic tunes are included. Soak up a wide selection of music from each game to your heart’s content anytime, anywhere!

Please note: Super Mario 3D All-Stars can only be purchased until March 31st 2021. Owners can still play its entire contents after this date has passed, and can also redownload it from Nintendo eShop if the software has been archived.

*To make use of Joy-Con features on Nintendo Switch Lite, a Joy-Con pair is required and the Nintendo Switch adjustable charging stand is recommended. Customer Reviews

A fantastic compilation, even if lacking additions

Reviewed by on

Replaying these games after years of not having seen them is a delight. The additions are the bare minimum that Nintendo could do for this, but the advantage is that the games are faithful to the originals. Super Mario 64 plays incredibly well, and compared to the Wii U Virtual Console release, it is a completely different experience without input delay. Super Mario Sunshine's graphics still hold up, and the lack of analog L/R buttons is not an issue at all; though the game is still frustrating at times. Super Mario Galaxy looks and plays fantastically. The use of gyro in place of the IR pointer from the Wii Remote is just as responsive.

The music is great to listen to. A solid package, even if the additions are basically naught. Super Mario Galaxy 2 would have been nice, but I presume Nintendo has something else planned for that.
